Exchange Window : Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Condition for Exchange : Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact.
Shipping Costs : Customers are responsible for return and new shipping costs if wrongly claimed. Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item, and we will arrange a free exchange.
